ORCA is a technical services and software development firm that applies Operations Research concepts to real and projected problems. Our staff has backgrounds in Operations Research (OR), Mathematics, and Computer Science.

ORCA defines OR broadly as the mathematics of decision making and is capable of tackling a wide range of problems. Our strengths in military mission planning and analysis are complemented by our expertise in software engineering, simulation development, and algorithm design.

Careful planning, attention to important details, and thoughtful modular design permeate all of ORCA's work. While many of the projects we undertake are related to military mission planning, ORCA works on a variety of problems including internet grocery delivery planning and web-based tools to enhance aircraft maintenance operations.
